Terms of Service.

These terms govern access to Reethal Cloud, including dashboard use, API use, extraction workflows, credits, subscriptions, and top-up purchases.

Service Overview

Reethal Cloud provides document intelligence APIs and dashboard tools that extract structured JSON from supported PDFs and images.
The service is designed for developer and business use. You are responsible for the documents you upload, the schemas you provide, and how you use extracted results.
Uploaded files and extraction outputs are processed in memory and are not stored by Reethal Cloud after processing completes.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials, API keys, and webhook secrets secure.
API keys are intended for server-side use only and must not be exposed in client-side code or public repositories.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, organization, API keys, and dashboard sessions.

You may not use Reethal Cloud to process unlawful content, violate privacy rights, bypass consent requirements, or perform prohibited surveillance.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, scrape, or abuse the platform, billing system, authentication system, or payment flows.
You must have the required rights, permissions, and lawful basis to upload and process any document submitted to the service.

One credit equals one scanned page unless a Business plan is active.
New organizations receive 50 signup credits once. These trial credits do not renew.
Subscription credits are used first, then signup credits, then top-up credits.
Monthly subscription credits reset at the end of each billing cycle. Unused subscription credits expire and do not roll over.
Top-up credits never expire and are one-time purchases.
Monthly subscriptions have a minimum commitment of 2 billing cycles. Plan changes can restart the minimum commitment period.

The Business plan is marketed as unlimited pages and is subject to a fair use limit of 50,000 pages per billing cycle.
Business plan usage above the fair use limit may be moved to a lower priority processing queue and reviewed for Enterprise pricing.
Business plan accounts cannot purchase top-up packs. Sustained volume above fair use is handled through an Enterprise discussion.

A single document upload may contain a maximum of 50 pages. Larger documents are rejected before credit reservation or processing.
By default, Reethal Cloud scans the first page only. Users may configure or request scanning of more pages up to the 50-page limit where available.
Extraction is probabilistic and may produce imperfect, incomplete, or incorrect fields. You should review results before using them for high-impact decisions.

Card payments for subscriptions and card top-ups are processed by Paddle.
M-Pesa top-ups are processed by IntaSend and are available only for top-up credit purchases.
Subscriptions require card payment. M-Pesa is not supported for recurring subscriptions.
Prices are listed in USD unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

The platform is provided on an as-available basis during MVP development.
Features, limits, pricing, supported document types, providers, and plan rules may change as the product evolves.
We may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect the platform, users, payment systems, or legal compliance.

Reethal Cloud is not a legal, financial, medical, identity verification, or compliance decision system by itself.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reethal Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
